Conditions for submitting requests and returning goods
In accordance with the current Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 62/2014 and 6/2016), please be informed of the following:
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of taking over the goods, unless the ordered and received goods are not made in accordance with the specific requirements of the Buyer, customized or personalized.
The Buyer will be entitled to this right by sending a completed Statement of withdrawal from the Distance Contract to the e-mail address and returning the goods to the address of the Seller. The Buyer is obliged to request the form “Statement on withdrawal from the Distance Contract” via e-mail from the Seller. The Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer without delay of the receipt of this Statement.
The buyer must return the product unused, undamaged and in undamaged original packaging, with the form “Statement on withdrawal from the distance contract”.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, except in cases when the received product does not correspond to what the Buyer ordered or if there are defects in the goods for which the Seller is responsible.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept the returned product if during the inspection it is determined that the Buyer has used or damaged it.
Upon acceptance and review of the returned goods, the Seller is obliged to return all payments received from the Buyer for the purchase of the product.
