{"id":16079,"date":"2020-11-11T00:45:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-10T22:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/woolnia.com\/?page_id=16079"},"modified":"2021-03-07T09:22:51","modified_gmt":"2021-03-07T09:22:51","slug":"reclamations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.woolnia.com\/en\/reclamations\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"page-16079\" class=\"flw post-16079 page type-page status-publish hentry\">\n<p>Conditions for submitting requests and returning goods<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the current Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 62\/2014 and 6\/2016), please be informed of the following:<\/p>\n<p>The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of taking over the goods, unless the ordered and received goods are not made in accordance with the specific requirements of the Buyer, customized or personalized.<\/p>\n<p>The Buyer will be entitled to this right by sending a completed Statement of withdrawal from the Distance Contract to the e-mail address and returning the goods to the address of the Seller. The Buyer is obliged to request the form \u201cStatement on withdrawal from the Distance Contract\u201d via e-mail from the Seller.
