Delivery and payment:
Woolnia. products ordered / purchased through the online store www.woolnia.com can be paid via payment cards, direct payment to the account, cash when delivered to the customer’s address (cash on delivery) and PayPal.
Serbia:
Bearing in mind that all products are Woolnia. handmade, the time required for their production is about 15 working days, with possible deviations from the specified deadline. The seller undertakes to inform the buyer as soon as the ordered / purchased product is made and to send the goods within 24 hours from the date of production. Delivery is done through the PostExpress courier service of the Post of Serbia on the entire territory of Serbia, through “Delivery the next day until 12 o’clock”. or “Next day delivery by 19:00”. If the Buyer wants the goods to be delivered to him in another way (by personal collection or using another courier service), it is necessary to inform the Seller by e-mail.
Shipping costs:
In case of using the services of PostExpress or other courier service, the delivery costs to the address are borne by the Buyer if the amount of the order is up to 4900 RSD. In case the amount of the order exceeds 4900 RSD, the delivery costs are borne by the Seller.
When the buyer decides to pay for delivery, delivery costs will be charged by PostExpress (or other courier services) according to the valid price list of the courier service, and will be increased by the fee for transferring the shipment (price of ordered products) and transferring money to the Seller’s account.

From the moment the shipment is picked up by the courier service, the delivery service assumes full responsibility, and the Seller will be released from liability in connection with any delayed shipments, delivery time and damage to shipments caused during transport.
International forwarding:
Shipping costs depend on the country of destination and the weight of the shipment itself. They are calculated during the order, when the Buyer chooses the delivery address.
Shipment of products abroad is done through the postal service for international shipments – PostExport of the Post of Serbia. Delivery is made within 10 working days from the date of shipment for the territory of Europe or 15-25 business days for other parts of the world. The customer will receive a tracking number, so he can “track” his order at any time.
The seller is not responsible for any fees that may arise as a result of customs and tax regulations in the country of destination. Please check the customs and tax regulations in the country where you receive the shipment before ordering.
